Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite) Duration: Permanent Role/12 Months Contract Job Description:10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master role.Prior hands-on Java Full Stack development experience; able to lead technical discussions.Strong domain knowledge in Payments, Core Banking, or Mainframe systems.Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern delivery practices.Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project reporting platforms.Excellent in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and communication.Preferred: Experience with regulatory environments (PCI, SOX, etc.).Knowledge of mainframe modernization or digital transformation in BFSI is a plus.Certifications such as CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are highly desirable.
