Job Description We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that drive value across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and support digital transformation efforts within the clients atmosphere.

You will work in a fast-paced environment building robust data platforms and tools for both cloud and on-premise systems, helping the organization manage and leverage its data assets effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support data pipelines, APIs, and automation tools for delivering business capabilities.Partner with application teams, architects, security, infrastructure, and business units to create data-driven solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.Provide technical expertise in areas such as system design, performance optimization, integration, and data security.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self-service tools to streamline deployment and delivery processes.Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, analytics, and security.Provide support and troubleshooting for complex data platform issues, including on-call escalation support.Contribute to internal projects including legacy system modernization, monitoring enhancements, and technical documentation.Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices across the team.Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments effectively.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas clearly to various audiences.Fundamental understanding of distributed computing principles.Solid knowledge of data security concepts, vulnerabilities, and best practices.Experience with data solutions including ETL, analytics, BI/reporting tools, messaging systems, data warehousing, and data lakes.Proficiency in: SQL, data platform tools, and integration of on-premise and cloud environments.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with: Python, metadata management, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Knowledge of NoSQL databases, stream processing, and machine learning pipelines.Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries.
