Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Programmer/Production Supervisor located in Houston, TX.

The CNC Programmer/Production Supervisor will be responsible for programming CNC machines, supervising production processes, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring machining and milling operations are conducted efficiently.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee daily operations to maintain high-quality standards and meet production schedules.

QualificationsProficiency in Mastercam CNC ProgrammingExperience in Machining and MillingAbility to interpret and work with Technical DrawingsStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesPrevious supervisory experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are advantageous
