Mode: Onsite Agile Lead (AL) Job DescriptionDrive value delivery through adoption of Agile mindsets and ways of working.Work closely with leadership across the organization to ensure groups and teams maximize return on investment and deliver business value of OKRs, BAU, and initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive consistency and provide direction within groups and teams in alignment with the Enterprise Agile Playbook, Tool Usage Guides, and Data & Technology (D&T) Policies & Standards.Advise and coach group and team leaders on Agile mindsets and ways of working.Guide group and team events, demonstrating facilitation as needed.In collaboration with group leaders, monitor Agile metrics and the Agile maturity of the groups and teams, developing and implementing coaching plans and improvement strategies.Facilitate formal and informal training to groups and teams.Evolve Agile practices and structures in the organization in collaboration with Agile Delivery Leadership.Monthly microlearning training sessions, Agile training, comprehensive Jira training, and on-demand training.Guiding events, running monthly Agile metrics, and creating/implementing coaching plans.Ensure adherence to client Agile Policies & Standards, KRIs, and centralize product ownership of Agile tools.

Key RelationshipsCollaborate daily with group leadership, team leadership, TPMs, and WSLs.Partner with Agile Delivery and D&T Leadership.Reports to Agile Delivery Manager.
