Senior System Administrator (Workday) As a Senior System Administrator, you will:Administer and support the Workday application, troubleshooting issues and providing user training.Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and internal policies.Configure security domains, business processes, and other system elements.Conduct audits to maintain data quality, integrity, and security.Evaluate Workday releases for business impacts and implement upgrades effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.Monitor and optimize application performance while managing cross-functional impacts of configuration changes.Maintain documentation on processes and workflows and oversee the team’s Azure DevOps environment.
Requirements Knowledge & EducationBachelor’s degree required.Strong understanding of ERP business applications.Knowledge of automated application systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles.
Licenses & CertificationsWorkday Certification in one or more modules required.
ExperienceThree or more years of experience in Workday administration.Proven ability to design and implement new Workday integrations as needed.Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.In-depth knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, configurable security, and advanced reporting.Strong experience with the Workday Integration tool set.Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into action plans.Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
