Training Instructor

Staffing for a full-time, hybrid Training Instructor II role based in St Louis, MO.

This is a mid-level Training Instructor position focused on developing and delivering technical training, primarily for military or DoD-related systems.

The role involves both classroom instruction and training material development, so it’s perfect for someone who has taught before and also understands how to design training programs using military guidelines, such as TRADOC or ADDIE.
