Fleet Operations Specialist

WE'RE INTERNATIONAL COMMITTED TO THE ROAD AHEAD International is hiring a full-time Fleet Operations Support Specialist to join the Fleet Operations team at our Proving Grounds in New Carlisle, Indiana.

This role supports vehicle testing and site operations within the Research and Development group, combining computer-based tasks with on-site vehicle and trailer inspections.

Responsibilities include data analysis, report preparation, vendor coordination, vehicle registration, maintenance tracking, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You’ll also support driver dispatch, accident response, and asset management, including historical fleet items.
