Position Focus & Daily Responsibilities: This role is solely focused on security administration within ERP applications such as PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM, including associated Finance, Supply Chain, and HR systems.Acts as a support resource using ServiceNow as the ticketing systemResponds to user-generated tickets and support requestsAnswers questions and provides application security guidanceCommunicates clearly and effectively with users and team membersProvides backup and contributes to team-based service delivery Core Responsibilities:Provide end-user and project support for ERP application securityAnalyze and document business/user security needsDevelop and execute test plans for security changesConduct QA and UAT for new/modified security architectureCreate general security reports and ad hoc SQL-based reportsTrain users and create documentation and presentation materialsEnsure security solutions align with SOX audit compliance requirementsSupport security needs for additional applications as neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Education:High School Diploma with relevant experience Experience:Minimum 3 years of direct experience with ERP system security administration Technical Skills:ERP Systems: PeopleSoft (FSCM, HCM)Ticketing Systems: ServiceNow (or similar)Reporting/Analysis: SQL scripting for ad hoc and scheduled reports Must-Have Skills:Strong note-taking and documentation abilityExcellent verbal and written communicationProven customer service skillsHands-on experience in application security administration Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
