Information Technology Program Manager

Our client is seeking a CSM Certified IT Program Manager with exceptional communication skills with all levels and highly effective ability to lead multiple multidiscipline, high performance work teams throughout the project lifecycle to join their team!

This is a hybrid position with three days onsite at Columbia SC office.

Local candidates and those within a comfortable commuting distance for onsite work in Columbia SC only should apply.

US Authorized Worker Status Required (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, etc.), No 3rd party or C2C candidates, W2 long term contract position What you will do in this role: Oversee multiple projects in terms of scope, time and cost.

Responsible for project plans, driving teams to complete efforts, status reporting, executive briefings.

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts.Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations.Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis.

Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues.Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort.

Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.

Education/Experience required:Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or additional years of job related work experience.Required Work Experience: 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams.Certified Scum MasterAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.Preferred skills: Azure DevOps Core Technology Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a variety of employment opportunities and benefits.
