Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers across existing and targeted customer organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned key accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to align customer goals with Auveco’s offerings.
Develop and lead regular business reviews (i.e.
QBR) for each assigned customer.
Assist in negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements in collaboration with Auveco’s executive leadership team.
Revenue Growth and Opportunity Identification: Achieve the sales plan and budgeted expectations.
Expand customer adoption of Auveco’s full product and service portfolio to increase wallet share.
Identify opportunities to consolidate customer spend and position Auveco as the preferred supplier.
Work with customers to proactively identify new products and services to add to Auveco’s product pipeline.
Develop business plans to help enhance customer profitability and strategic growth.
Customer Value Maximization: Leverage digital tools and analytics to identify areas to deliver enhanced customer value.
Monitor customer performance metrics and provide insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product management, to align resources and deliver innovative solutions.
Facilitate timely resolution of customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Market and Customer Insights: Continuously gather feedback from customers and the market to inform Auveco’s strategic direction and product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to drive account-level strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Increased adoption of Auveco’s full product and service offerings.
Share of wallet growth – consolidate the spend.
Proactive identification and contribution to Auveco’s new product and service pipeline.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This role is office based in a professional environment.
Must be able to use a computer and communicate effectively in person and via digital platforms.
Travel is required to customer locations, industry events and training as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of [3] years of experience in sales or business development preferably in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels within the customers organization.
Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
