What’s on Offer:$26.06 per hour + sign-on bonusFirst shift What You'll Be Doing: Operate state-of-the-art CNC and fabrication machinery to produce precision parts in a lean manufacturing environment.Work with industry-leading equipment including:Amada/Mazak Lasers, Amada/Niagara Press Brakes, Mazak Lathes, Okuma/Mazak Mills, Eaton Leonard Tube BenderMeet daily production targets and quality standards using established cycle times and check sheets.Ensure a safe and clean working environment by maintaining equipment and work areas according to company standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support process improvements and prototype development.

What We’re Looking For:Hands-on experience operating CNC-controlled machinery such as Press Brakes, Lathes, Mills, Laser Cutting Machines, Turret Punch Presses, and 5-Axis Tube Benders.Strong knowledge of setups and tooling (e.g., turret inserts, punch/die sets, forming dies).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, paired with skill in using precision measurement tools like calipers and gages.Working knowledge of G-code programming, CNC controls, and multi-axis mills.Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems is a big plus.A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive for operational excellence.Experience or technical training in a related field is preferred.
