Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Lead Machine Learning Engineer responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML applications within an Agile team.

Design, build, and optimize ML models addressing real-world business problems collaborating with Data Science and Product teams.

Make infrastructure decisions, select models, features, and validate solutions based on ML techniques.

Write and test application code, develop data pipelines, and automate deployment processes ensuring high availability and performance.

Leverage cloud platforms and best practices in CI/CD, monitoring, and responsible AI to ensure robust solutions.

Maintain models in production, monitor their performance, and retrain as needed.

Utilize languages like Python, Scala, or Java, with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Basic qualifications include 6+ years of data solutions experience and 4+ years programming, with preferred advanced degrees and cloud experience.
