Director of Nursing - DSL

Seeking a qualified RN or LPN with at least 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare settings to lead our nursing department.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing nursing care to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.

Duties involve staffing, scheduling, conducting rounds, reviewing documentation, participating in surveys, and developing care plans.

Admin tasks include charting, reports, and staff training.

Must possess strong leadership, knowledge of laws/regulations, and the ability to develop and implement care programs.
