Manager, Integration & Test Field Service Site Lead

Seeking a Manager of Integration & Test Field Service with extensive RF/Radar system expertise.

Lead and oversee integration, testing, and field installation teams to ensure system compatibility, performance, and compliance.

Develop and execute test plans, review procedures, and collaborate with engineering to verify system requirements.

Manage project costs, schedules, and risk assessments, and lead test readiness reviews.

Interface with customers and internal teams during site surveys, installations, and acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot failures, define test equipment needs, and ensure adherence to military and industry standards.

Requires 9+ years of relevant experience, leadership background, RF/test equipment skills, and security clearance.
