Sr Specialist, Systems Engineer

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineering & Integration Specialist to lead technical planning and coordination on rocket propulsion projects.

Apply advanced MBSE techniques for requirements, verification, and risk management in solid rocket systems.

Develop system, subsystem, and component requirements, ensuring compliance and successful system architecture definition.

Coordinate requirements management, verification plans, and trade studies across teams and with stakeholders.

Manage project risk, opportunities, and resource scheduling, possibly directing a small engineering team.

Prepare technical documentation, support proposal development, and represent the organization in meetings.

Requires 6+ years of experience, a relevant degree, active DoD security clearance, and knowledge of MBSE tools and methodologies. Preferred skills include experience with government systems, requirements management software, and MBSE frameworks.
