What you will do:
Provide knowledgeable, courteous, timely, efficient, and top-quality customer service via in person counter sales, and by fielding text, email & phone inquiries
Trouble shoot, select, source and pick electrical motors, pumps, fans and blowers, including the various related parts and components
Entering, processing, picking, and submitting sales orders and quotes
Processing POS cash, debit and credit payments
Processing returns following established procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices
Participate in semi-annual inventory counts
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule which provides opportunity for a boost in compensation
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
Previous 1 to 2 years of sales experience is required
Industry related, trades or relevant experience is a definite asset
Prior customer service experience is required
Proven organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Experience working independently and in a team environment
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow existing business relationships and establishing new ones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Computer knowledge
