Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Westerville, Ohio (43081) with a pay rate of $2,190/week.

Preferred Rehab Optima experience.

Must complete a thorough credentialing process including license verification, 3 references, and criminal, sex offender, HHS/OIG, GSA searches.

Additional requirements: Social Security trace, PPD or Quantiferon test with chest X-ray, and proof of positive PPD.

Shift: Monday-Friday, days.
