Program Manager (RN) Maternal Services / Full-time

The Program Manager develops and leads maternal/perinatal initiatives, working with the Maternal Medical Director and regional leaders to implement clinical strategies, policies, and practices aligned with high-reliability principles for standardization, evidence-based care, and operational excellence.

They establish strategies for service line growth, education, physician collaboration, outcomes, and resource utilization to enhance safety, compliance, and patient experience.

Requirements include a BSN, RN license, Neonatal Resuscitation and AWHONN fetal monitoring certifications, with at least 5 years of clinical perinatal nursing experience and leadership preferred.

The role reports to the Chief Nursing Executive, involves travel to multiple sites, and requires flexibility, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and physical ability to perform essential functions.
