Inside Sales Rep - Uncapped Commission

Location: Onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 7am–4pm.

Compensation: $23.08/hr plus commission, top performers exceeding $100K.

Role: Convert warm/hot leads into lease agreements, build landlord relationships, and manage sales documentation.

Requirements: 2+ years outbound B2C sales, high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, call center/customer service experience.

Preferred: Real estate, mortgage, or insurance background, strong negotiation skills.

Tools: CRM, leasing platforms, email, research tools.
