The Program Manager develops and leads maternal/perinatal nursing initiatives, working closely with the Maternal Medical Director and regional clinical leaders to implement clinical strategies, policies, and practices aligned with High-Reliability Principles.
Responsibilities include standardizing nursing practices, promoting evidence-based care, operational excellence, and improving patient outcomes.
Key focus areas involve service line growth, education, physician collaboration, resource utilization, safety, and patient experience.
Requires a BSN, RN license, neonatal resuscitation and fetal monitoring certifications, and at least 5 years of perinatal nursing experience.
Skills include strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and computer proficiency.
Supervised by the Chief Nursing Executive, with travel and flexible hours as needed.
Physical demands may include lifting up to 20 lbs and working in a dynamic, sometimes stressful environment.
