Manager, Software Engineer / Group Lead

Seeking a Manager, Software Engineer / Group Lead to oversee satellite ground system development, including command, control, and mission planning software.

Lead and manage a geographically distributed team, ensuring staffing, training, and retention.

Contribute technically across requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and operations.

Support customer relationships, proposals, and technical solutions aligned with mission needs.

Drive Agile processes, track progress, mitigate risks, and foster technological growth through new integrations.

Require 9+ years software experience (or 7+ with graduate degree), expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and experience with spacecraft ground systems.
