Inventory Control Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our Tacoma manufacturing plant's maintenance department.

Responsible for managing and maintaining the plant's Maintenance Parts & Tool Inventory to reduce unplanned downtime.

Order, receive, and track inventory from vendors; ensure accurate records in the CMMS.

Collaborate with Maintenance Planner to kit parts for scheduled jobs.

Update inventory counts, report discrepancies, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, strong organizational skills, proficiency with CMMS, and good communication.

Knowledge of safety standards, maintenance procurement, and data analysis is preferred.
