Pay: $17â $19/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 34.5â 46 hours/week

Job Summary:

Operate and maintain the Gambini tissue converting line, ensuring product quality, machine efficiency, and workplace safety.Key Duties:

Run and adjust winders, log saw, embosser, and core winder

Perform quality checks and complete shift paperwork

Load parent rolls, mix glue, and manage changeovers

Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime

Maintain clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocolsRequirements:

Machine operation or converting experience preferred

Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
