Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekend Program

This position is for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) seeking Per Diem roles on weekend mornings and evenings in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities include collecting resident admission information, recording health details such as vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds, supervising CNAs, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring food and fluid intake.

Candidates must have a valid LPN license in good standing with the State Registry and be team players.

The facility is a 180-bed skilled nursing and assisted living center offering short-term rehab and long-term care with scenic views of the Hudson River, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach.
