Cardiologist for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Fort

A facility in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Board-Certified and FL-licensed Cardiologist for ongoing locum tenens support.

The role involves general non-invasive cardiology, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays throughout 2025.

Responsibilities include hospital rounding on approximately 20-25 patients per day, with variable support from Advanced Providers. Weekend shifts may require solo rounding without direct APP assistance.

Applicants must have an active cardiology practice, having treated at least 50 patients in the past 12 months at an accredited healthcare facility.

The assignment is inpatient, with 24-hour shifts, and call required. The patient population is adults, with a case load of 20-25 PPD. Support staff includes APPs, but no government facilities are involved.
