A Level 2 trauma center in South Carolina is seeking a Trauma Surgery NP for locum tenens night coverage.
The role is inpatient-only, supporting trauma and general surgeons with rounding, patient management, consults, and documentation.
Expected caseload is 10-12 consults per night across all ages.
Shift is 7 PM-7 AM, with a preferred 7-on/7-off schedule, but other options are considered.
Credentialing typically takes 30-45 days, and the position is ongoing starting ASAP.
No clinic responsibilities; EPIC is the EMR used.
Board certification is negotiable; prescriptive authority is required.
