Director of Nursing - DSL Danbury Westerville

Seeking a qualified RN or LPN to lead our nursing department, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include:

Planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations

Staffing, scheduling, and supervising nursing staff

Conducting rounds, reviews, and surveys

Participating in resident assessments and care planning

Maintaining supplies and equipment

Developing training programs and quality improvement plans

Requirements:

Current Ohio RN or LPN license

At least 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare settings

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in senior care

Strong leadership and organizational skills
