Lead Teacher - North Learning Center

We are seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to create a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities, promoting positive development, greeting families, and ensuring daily tasks such as diapering, cleaning, and supply management are completed timely.

Must adhere to state, federal, and accreditation standards, maintaining proper staff-to-child ratios at all times.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 college hours in early childhood or 9 hours with a MOA waiver, 1-2 years of related experience preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to perform under stress.

Certification in Heartsaver Pediatric CPR/FA/AED within 30 days of hire is mandatory, along with health screenings, annual safety registry clearance, TB testing, and immunizations.
