Plan and execute events from start to finish, on time and within budget

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Lead and support the events team with clear direction and motivation

Manage all event logistics, operations, and administrative tasks

Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution

Maintain safety, security, and a positive work culture What they are looking for:

Experience in special events, catering sales, or event management, ideally within a private club or similar setting

Creative and passionate event planner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of event marketing and promotion, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems; experience with Tripleseat is a plus

Valid driver's license required
