About You

You're a problem solver who zeroes in on friction points and areas for optimization. Written procedures, repeatable processes, and operational routines excite you because you know they're the path to success. You have:

Related degree plus 5+ years of project controls or related experience

Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis

The ability to obtain a security clearance

A knack for connecting the dots and seeing second/third-order impacts

Top-notch communication skills to engage cross-functional teams While not required, we'd also be impressed if you have knowledge of government contract regulations, cost accounting standards, contracts management, and a master's degree.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll wear multiple hats and tackle challenges like:

Developing cost models and providing forecasting/budgeting support

Building comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and resource plans

Performing risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies

Analyzing performance metrics and delivering insights to teams

Maintaining up-to-date documentation for compliance and best practices

What We Offer

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience
