T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented Senior Engineer to join our Water Department! This position is based in our Columbus, Ohio office. Candidates for this position should have 7+ years of experience in planning, design and construction administration for projects related to water process, treatment, and distribution, as they will be key in planning and managing projects for our drinking water clients. This individual will have responsibilities in project management; coordinating workload of junior staff and providing design mentorship, performing technical reports/studies, tracking financial aspects of the project, and participating in client meetings. This hybrid position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

7+ years of related experience in process and water treatment.

A minimum 2 years project management experience strongly preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred. Candidates who are able and interested in obtaining a PE license will be considered.

Fluency in AutoCAD and Civil3D required.

MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus).

Strong communication skills are required, with this role requiring interaction and communication with clients and many internal teams.

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
