Program Manager

Seeking a leader to manage complex prime weapons development programs with contracts over $100M, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, preparing proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining customer relationships.

Must have a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s or graduate degree with 10-12+ years of relevant experience, and experience leading large-scale defense projects.

Preferred skills include satellite development, space missions, and familiarity with FAR/OT contracting.

Additional qualifications for specific programs include experience with satellite systems and multi-geographical teams.

Strong customer focus, expertise in Earned Value Management, and the ability to work in an inclusive, mission-driven environment are essential.
