Sr Specialist, Systems Engineer

Seeking a Senior Systems Engineering & Integration Specialist to lead technical direction on solid rocket propulsion projects.

Responsibilities include developing requirements, managing verification plans, conducting trade studies, and coordinating risk management.

Apply advanced MBSE techniques (UML, SysML, UPDM) and tools like IBM Rational DOORS to support system architecture and documentation.

Lead small teams, coordinate across organizational lines, and communicate with stakeholders and customers.

Requires 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience (or 4+ with a degree), a security clearance, and knowledge of DoD systems preferred.
