Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant in Allen, TX, onsite, earning $23.08/hr with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting July 17th.
Role Impact:
Secure lease agreements by engaging landlord leads from initial contact to final documentation.
Manage full sales cycle with a warm lead funnel and high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound landlord leads.
Build rapport, identify decision-makers, and negotiate lease terms.
Draft, review, and submit accurate lease documents.
Maintain CRM records and verify lease data.
Minimum Qualifications:
1–2 years of outbound sales experience in a commission-based role.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in call centers, exceeding sales targets, or leasing/real estate background.
