Director of Nursing

Seeking a qualified RN or LPN with at least 3 years supervisory experience in a healthcare facility to lead our nursing department.

Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations, staffing, daily rounds, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality care.

Additional duties involve reviewing notes, participating in resident assessments, coordinating with physicians, managing administrative tasks, developing care plans, and conducting staff training.
