Speech and Language Pathologist - Essex Junction, VT

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with 1+ years of experience to provide services in an elementary school (PreK-6). This full-time contract involves supporting approximately 25 students through assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to enhance communication skills and support IEPs.

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans

Maintain detailed documentation of student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Deliver direct and indirect services across early childhood and elementary grades Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, active or pending Vermont SLP license, and ASHA certification is advantageous. School experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
