Licensed Practical Nurse - Weekend Shift

This position seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem shifts on weekends (morning and evening) in Haverstraw, NY.

Responsibilities include collecting resident admission info, recording health details like vitals, administering medications and injections, treating wounds, and supervising CNAs if needed.

Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and monitor their food and liquid intake/output.

Qualifications include a valid LPN license, good standing with the State Registry, and teamwork skills.

Work in a 180-bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility offering rehabilitation and long-term care with scenic views of the Hudson River.
