We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance our core go-to-market and platform enablement efforts. This is an impactful, technical role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, excel at identifying and solving problems, and have a passion for empowering other developers to succeed.

Your Mission

Be the unblocker - Proactively eliminate developer friction and address issues before they arise.

Debug fast and effectively - Skillfully troubleshoot API requests, logs, webhooks, and customer codebases, delivering clear and decisive resolutions.

Own technical enablement - Assist customers from API initiation to production rollout, guiding both self-serve and enterprise teams in developing clean, scalable integrations.

Think like a user - Recognize patterns in support issues and proactively resolve them. Enhance documentation, create sample code, and collaborate with engineering to address root problems.

Scale yourself - Develop scripts, automation, and documentation to minimize repetitive inquiries.

Build resources - Create sample applications, develop integration templates, and produce developer-friendly instructional content.

Optimize for zero - Strive for near-instant resolution times and view support inefficiencies as growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Strong dev instincts - Proficient in building and debugging full-stack applications (preferably JavaScript/TypeScript, Python). Understand what constitutes a great developer experience.
