Trainee Claims Adjuster

You will have the benefit of working alongside a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders. We are committed to equipping you with comprehensive training on property damage and insurance contracts, ensuring you can confidently and independently adjust claims.

This is a hybrid role, where you will work in the office two days a week, as determined by local leadership, and have the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days, whether at home or in the office, for the initial 12 months. Following this term, your required presence in the office for important meetings, training, and collaboration will be based on business needs. Whether you prefer a remote setup or enjoy the office environment, we support your choice and development by fostering connections and sharing best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities (Upon Completion of Training)

Determine coverage

Assess liability (identify who is at fault for the damages)

Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses

Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to oversee vehicle repairs

Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims

Must-Have Qualifications

Three years of work experience OR

Bachelor's degree OR

Two years of work experience and an associate degree

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm or 8 am-5 pm based on business needs

Compensation

Competitive salary range of $52,500-$56,000/year upon completion of training and passing necessary requirements, with hourly pay during training

Gainshare annual cash incentive program, up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
