Virtual SPED Instructor - Columbus, OH - Remote

Seeking passionate special education teachers with 1+ years of experience for virtual instruction supporting middle and high school students with diverse needs.

Position involves 35 hours weekly, managing a caseload of 40-45 students requiring instruction in functional academics, life skills, and transition services.

Responsibilities include designing evidence-based lessons, conducting virtual IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Candidates must have valid Ohio special education licensure, a Master's degree in Special Education or related field, and at least two years of school-based special education experience.

Experience with virtual teaching tools and assistive technology is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with video conferencing, educational software, and digital curricula, with a suitable workspace for remote interactions.
