Job Title: DMOC - Server Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DMOC - Server Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing server environments, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs while maintaining security and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot server environments.

Perform regular health checks and ensure system reliability.

Conduct server builds and validation processes.

Manage TLS vulnerability remediation and ensure compliance with security standards.

Implement CIS (Center for Internet Security) compliance measures.

Develop and execute cost reduction strategies for server and cloud environments.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Provide Level 2 support and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in server and cloud environment management.

Proficiency in server build and validation, TLS vulnerability management, and CIS compliance.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with automation tools and scripting.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
