Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women's Services / Full-time

The Clinical Manager in Women’s Services oversees clinical operations, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement quality care and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.

Requires RN licensure, with a BSN preferred, and current certifications such as BLS.

Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with medical staff.

Minimum of 5 years in women’s services or Pediatrics and 2 years of progressive management experience required.

Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive, works in a clean environment, and adapts to variable hours, handling stressful situations and emergency responsiveness.
