Delivery Supervisor

The Delivery Supervisor oversees delivery drivers and directs distribution activities to ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

Supervise a team of drivers, coordinate routes, and evaluate performance, taking disciplinary actions when necessary.

Plan and schedule transport vehicles to maximize revenue and minimize downtime/overtime.

Monitor vehicle maintenance, safety, and repairs, ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.

Shift is 1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays, starting at 4:30 am.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 1 year of management experience, and 3 years in delivery/distribution.
