The Associate Analyst role supports the daily execution of the email marketing program for Bath & Body Works. The role will support downstream campaign planning and ingest promotional/business change, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, testing, and brand initiatives. They coordinate creative trackers, plan subject lines, implement campaign names, review email creative, and ensure promotional accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage email creative tracker and contribute to daily messaging and segmentation strategies for the email program to drive traffic and demand, while retaining customers and delivering long-term value.

Review creative routes and email proofs for seasonal/thematic and daily messaging support; liaise with marketing peers, creative, and operations partners as necessary on corrections and approvals.

Streamline business changes; refine email plans for better channel performance and adaptability.

Partner with Analyst to review subject line and pre-header copy strategies to maximize response rates.

Support test and learn agenda/calendarization with the team.

Partner with key internal teams outside of marketing to orchestrate email planning and execution, including but not limited to CRM, operations, finance, and site merchandising teams.

Keep a pulse on competitor email programs, identifying trends and potential messaging opportunities to increase overall performance and better connect with customers.

1-2 years of marketing experience

Retail/e-commerce or previous email experience preferred

Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be a self-starter that can work both independently and in a collaborative environment producing accurate work.

Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly-approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities.

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other similar office/collaboration software

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
