This position supports the lean process to maximize profitable growth, provides premier customer service and quality, and promotes cost reductions, continual improvement, and safety.Qualifications & Requirements:\nCommunicating daily with machine shop employees to maintain a monthly schedule for production and shipments\nEfficient communication with the sales team to update quote requests and lead times to ensure customer needs are met to the best of our abilities.\nOpen communication with HR to document and implement employee training, wellness and performance\nAt least 5+ years of experience programming with comparable software and machines\nEdgecam experience is a plus\nHigh school diploma required\nProduct knowledge preferred, but not required\n\nOur core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment(ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success.

Are You Our Next ACE?\nRead and interpret technical drawings and follow oral and written instructions \nRespond promptly to programming requests and select the best metal cutting tooling for each job\nWrite and generate CNC programs according to each part's routing instructions using EDGECAM software.\nVerify and maintain CNC programs using verification software per the established standards\nTroubleshoot machining nonconformances that are caused by the CNC program\nWork with tooling vendors to understand, test, and implement the latest cutting tool technology\nWhen needed, be able to quote new jobs when requested by the sales department.\nEstablish communication channels with management, co-workers, customers, and vendors to ensure effective communication.\nEvaluate ways to reduce costs and streamline processes\n\nSystems You'll Use:\nGoogle Suite \nBambooHR\nPaycom & ADP\nMicrosoft Navision\n\nFor a sneak peek into some of our benefits and to learn more about our career opportunities, click here .Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
