We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations, improve efficiency, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Perform data entry, file organization, and record keeping
Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
Conduct internet research and compile findings
Maintain and update CRM systems and databases
Handle social media account management and content scheduling
Provide customer service support via chat, email, or phone
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack)
Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and cloud storage
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines
High-speed internet and reliable remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executive-level professionals
Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Availability across multiple time zones or for flexible scheduling
