\n\n\n\nUtilize measuring tools to inspect parts.
\nAbility to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in-process documents.
\nThe marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:\nPerform preventative maintenance on the equipment when required.
\nR&D of new programming.\nPerform manual machining operations.\nPerforming other tasks in the facility, as needed.\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nH.S.
diploma or equivalent.
\nThree (3) years + experience in machining, measuring equipment and CNC set-up and program editing.
\nGood verbal and written communication skills.
\nProblem-solving ability.
\nAbility to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in-process documents.
\nMath and computer technology skills as well as the ability to read and use measurement tools.
\n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, engineers, and co-workers.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, and decimals.\nREASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS: \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.
