Station or Machines:A.

CNC LathesB.

Secondary machinesII.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:A.

Set up and operate CNC lathesB.

Set up and operate secondary machinesC.

Selection of toolingD.

Inspection of product to blueprintE.

Accurate reporting of production and labor to company proceduresF.

Update setup records as neededG.

Locate, load, and store tape or programH.

Perform preventive maintenance as requiredI.

Cleaning of work areaJ.

Movement of parts to next operationK.

Write and edit CNC program when necessaryQualificationsIII.

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)A.

Two (2) years vocational school or one (1) year machine shop experienceB.

Must be able to read and write in EnglishC.

Must be able to operate hoist or craneD.

High school graduateE.

Five (5) years experience on CNC lathesIV.

Minimum Physical QualificationsA.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.B.

Must be able to operate hoist or craneV.

Minimum QualificationsA.

One (1) year machine shop experience on CNC lathes or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on CNC lathesB.

Safety rules and proceduresC.

Setup and operation of equipmentD.

Ability to read blueprints and understanding of tolerancesE.

Familiar with quality procedures and requirementsF.

Editing of programsG.

Must read and write in EnglishH.

Understanding of departmental procedures and instructionsVI.

On-Going Training RequirementsA.

Hoist and crane operationB.
