Qualitative Risk Assessment Skills: Ability to conduct qualitative assessments to identify project risks as well as trends and insights across the project portfolio.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Industry Knowledge: Preferred understanding of industry best practices and familiarity with standards in risk management frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO31000).

Time Management: Ability to evaluate multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software, as well as familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in risk management

Proven experience in performing risk identification and assessment.
