Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for branch employees (e.g., Financial Advisors, Branch Managers, CSAs)

• Provide policy guidance, procedure walkthroughs, and system support

• Collaborate with internal business units and product teams in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure professionalism and client service excellence in all communications

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in financial services, banking, or brokerage is a plus

Strong phone communication skills and customer service orientation

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, team-based setting

Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
